Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA) and the host Darlington Tigers (Rome, GA), saw Pepperell's baseball squad beat Darlington by a margin of 8-6.

Coming up next, the Dragons play the Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA) in a 1A D-I Area 7 battle, on Tuesday, March 14. Pepperell will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 4-6 record after their 11-1 league loss to Dade County (Trenton, GA).
