The Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) baseball trounced the visiting Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM), 14-4 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Rams encounter the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 13. Rio Rancho will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Monarchs come into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 17-10 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM).

The Eagles now sport a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Organ Mountain for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 18. Hobbs will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights record now stands at 2-5.
