Louisiana High School Baseball - Pine loses to Sumrall

The Sumrall Bobcats baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Pine Raiders to 4 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bobcats (10-2) will now prepare for their match against Purvis (Purvis, MS). The Tornadoes go into the 4A Region 7 match with a 9-4 record. In their last match, Purvis gained a win over Greene County (Leakesville, MS), 5-0, in a non-league match.
The Raiders (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Amite (Amite, LA). The Warriors go into the 2A District 9 match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Amite was overwhelmed by Varnado (Angie, LA), 14-5, in a non-league match.
