The Beauregard Hornets softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Saint James Trojans to 5 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Beauregard improves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Hornets travel to Beulah (Valley, AL) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league game on Saturday, March 11. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 7-2. Beulah won 6-5 in their recent league game against Randolph County (Wedowee, AL)
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Prattville Christian Academy Panthers (Prattville, AL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 14. Saint James will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 9-7 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Brewbaker Tech (Montgomery, AL).
