The Pirates now own a 19-2 record. They take the field next when they host Douglas for a 5A Area 13 challenge on Thursday, March 16. Boaz will face a Eagles squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Southeastern (Remlap, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 11-1.

With the loss, Sylvania falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Crossville (Crossville, AL) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 13. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Crossville lost 8-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley Head (Valley Head, AL)
