The Sanford-Fritch Eagles softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Gruver Greyhounds to 0 in the Eagles league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Sanford-Fritch moves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to West Texas (Stinnett, TX) to clash with the Comanches in a 2A Region I District 1 game on Saturday, April 1. The Comanches come into the game with a record of 10-5.

In their next game, the Greyhounds clash with the Follett Panthers (Follett, TX) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 20. Gruver will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 0-2 record after their 18-3 non-league loss to Booker (Booker, TX).
