In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Melba Mustangs softball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Payette Pirates.
Coming up next, the Mustangs battle the Parma Panthers (Parma, ID) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 16. Melba will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 0-2 record after their 17-3 non-league loss to Cole Valley Christian (Meridian, ID).
The Pirates (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against New Plymouth (New Plymouth, ID). The Pilgrims enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, New Plymouth ran past McCall-Donnelly (McCall, ID), 21-5, in a non-league outing.
