In Monday's non-league battle, the host Andrew Jackson Volunteers soccer squad scored a good 9-0 triumph over the Chester Cyclones.
The Volunteers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Buford (Lancaster, SC). The Yellowjackets come into the AA Region 5 battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Buford thwarted Governor's School for Science & Math (Hartsville, SC), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
The Cyclones (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Woodruff (Woodruff, SC). The Wolverines come into the AAA Region 4 battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Woodruff was overwhelmed by Chapin (Chapin, SC), 15-0, in a non-league battle.
