Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC), 7-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Chargers confront the Southeast Alamance Stallions (Haw River, NC) in a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A challenge, on Wednesday, March 13. Northwood will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Stallions enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).

The Mustangs now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Faith Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 12.
