The crowd at Monday's league match between the Big Sandy Wildcats (Big Sandy, TX) and the visiting Ore City Rebels (Ore City, TX), saw Big Sandy's softball squad nip Ore City by a count of 11-8.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Overton for a 2A Region III District 19 match on Tuesday, March 12. Big Sandy will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-5 league win over Union Grove (Gladewater, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-7.
