The Locust Fork Hornets softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Cleveland Panthers to 2 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Monday.

Coming up next, the Hornets encounter the Cold Springs Eagles (Bremen, AL) in a 2A Area 12 test, on Tuesday, March 12. Locust Fork will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Fairview (Cullman, AL).
