The Concord Pirates softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Viola Longhorns to 3 in the Pirates league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Concord moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Pirates travel to Shirley (Shirley, AR) to play the Blue Devils in a 1A Region 2 game on Tuesday, March 12. The Blue Devils come into the game with a record of 3-1.

In their next game, the Longhorns play the Yellville-Summit Panthers (Yellville, AR) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 25. Viola will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
