The Honey Grove Warriors (Honey Grove, TX) softball nipped the visiting Whitewright Tigers (Whitewright, TX), 10-9 in Monday's league bout.

The Warriors (3-5) will now prepare for their bout against Como-Pickton (Como, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 18-2 record. In their last bout, Como-Pickton held off Paris (Paris, TX), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
