Riverside Rebels (Lake City, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Marmaduke Greyhounds (Marmaduke, AR), 18-0 in a league challenge.

The Rebels now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Poinsett County for a 2A Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 12. Riverside will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 12-11 league loss to Buffalo Island Central (Monette, AR). The Warriors record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Marmaduke falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Rector (Rector, AR) to battle the Cougars in a 2A Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 12. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 2-0.
