In Tuesday's league game, the host Abbott Panthers baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Bynum Bulldogs.
The Panthers (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Bynum (Bynum, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Region II District 16 game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Bynum was overwhelmed by Avalon (Avalon, TX), 16-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Abbott Panthers (Abbott, TX) in a 2A Region II District 15 game, on Tuesday, March 11. Bynum will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 3-4 record after their 10-5 non-league loss to Thorndale (Thorndale, TX).
