North Carolina High School Baseball - East Lincoln wallops Hickory

In Tuesday's league game, the visiting East Lincoln Mustangs baseball team scored a nice 13-0 win over the Hickory Red Tornadoes.

The Mustangs (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Red Tornadoes go into the Western Foothills 3A game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Hickory knocked off Newton-Conover (Newton, NC), 3-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Red Tornadoes play the Newton-Conover Red Devils (Newton, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 12. Hickory will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Red Devils go into the game with a 3-1 record after their 12-1 league win over Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC).
