The Whitehouse Wildcats baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Jacksonville Fightin' Indians to 0 in the Wildcats non-league win on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lufkin for a non-league test on Friday, March 14. Whitehouse will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over New Caney (New Caney, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, Jacksonville drops to 1-7 on the year. The Fightin' indians host Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league test on Friday, March 14. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 3-10. Nacogdoches lost 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Marshall (Marshall, TX)
