The Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA) baseball trounced the visiting Lithonia Bulldogs (Lithonia, GA), 24-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The War Eagles now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arnold for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 13. Marist will clash with a Marlins team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Jay (Jay, FL). The Marlins record now stands at 7-5.
With the defeat, Lithonia drops to 0-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA) to clash with the Panthers in a AAAA Region 5 challenge on Wednesday, March 12. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Southwest DeKalb lost 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Midtown (Atlanta, GA)
