In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Mountain Brook Spartans (Birmingham, AL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Pelham Panthers (Pelham, AL), by a tally of 11-3.
Next up, the Spartans encounter the Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 13. Mountain Brook will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 9-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over McAdory (McCalla, AL).
The Panthers (9-4) will now prepare for their bout against Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL). The Aggies enter the non-league bout with a 5-5 record. In their last bout, Sylacauga overcame Ashville (Ashville, AL), 14-0, in a non-league bout.
