North Carolina High School Baseball - Person edges Western Alamance

March 11, 2025: Elon, NC 27244

The Person Rockets baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Western Alamance Warriors to 2 in the Rockets league win on Tuesday.

The Rockets now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morehead for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 12. Person will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Western Alamance drops to 3-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC) to clash with the Stallions in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 12. The Stallions go into the test with a record of 4-0. Southeast Alamance won 3-2 in their recent league test against Northwood (Pittsboro, NC)
