The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders baseball team scored 16 runs and held the host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas to 0 in the Raiders league win on Tuesday.

The Raiders now own a 18-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pioneer for a 5A Region IV District 31 test on Friday, March 14. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North will clash with a Diamondbacks team coming off a 12-3 league win over Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial (Alamo, TX). The Diamondbacks record now stands at 7-7.

With the defeat, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest drops to 2-8 on the year. The Javelinas host McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a 5A Region IV District 31 test on Friday, March 14. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 6-10. McAllen Memorial lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Rowe (McAllen, TX)
