California High School Volleyball - Piedmont bounced by Berkeley

The Piedmont Highlanders volleyball squad (Piedmont, CA), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA)

With the win, Berkeley improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA) to encounter the Dragons in a West Alameda County - Foothill battle on Thursday, March 13. The Dragons go into the battle with a record of 5-2. Bishop O'Dowd lost 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Deer Valley (Antioch, CA)

The Highlanders now own a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakland Tech for a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. Piedmont will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to College Prep (Oakland, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-6.
