North Carolina High School Baseball - New Hanover nips North Brunswick

March 11, 2025: Wilmington, NC 28401

In Tuesday's non-league game, the host New Hanover Wildcats baseball team scored a close 6-5 win over the North Brunswick Scorpions.

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Topsail nudged Ashley (Wilmington, NC), 11-3, in a league game.

Next, the Scorpions play the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 14. North Brunswick will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Vikings go into the game with a 6-0 record after their 9-1 league win over South Brunswick (Southport, NC).
