South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Hilton Head Christian Academy Eagles (Hilton Head Island, SC), 10-8 in a non-league battle.

With the victory, South Effingham advances its record to 1-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Calvary Day (Savannah, GA) to encounter the Cavaliers in a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. The Cavaliers come into the battle with a record of 4-2. Calvary Day won 10-3 in their recent non-league battle against Bluffton (Bluffton, SC)

The Eagles now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity Collegiate for a SCISA AA Region II battle on Friday, March 14. Hilton Head Christian Academy will encounter a Titans team coming off a 17-2 league loss to Laurence Manning Academy (Manning, SC). The Titans record now stands at 0-6.
