The St. Stephens Indians triumphed over the host Watauga Pioneers lacrosse team by a tally of 17-5 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Indians play the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) in a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills game, on Thursday, March 13. St. Stephens will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Red Tornadoes come into the game with a 2-2 record after their 12-11 league loss to North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC).
The Pioneers (1-5) will now prepare for their game against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Knights come into the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, North Lincoln notched a victory over Hickory (Hickory, NC), 12-11, in a league game.
