Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles (West Columbia, SC) and the visiting Aiken Fighting Green Hornets (Aiken, SC), saw Gray Collegiate Academy's soccer squad knock off Aiken by a count of 2-0.

The War Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against South Aiken (Aiken, SC). The Thoroughbreds enter the AAAA Region 4 battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, South Aiken tipped Airport (West Columbia, SC), 11-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Fighting Green Hornets confront the Lakeside Panthers (Evans, GA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 14. Aiken will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 2-4 record after their 0-0 non-league Lakeside (Atlanta, GA).
