With the triumph, Lake View moves its record to 19-1 on the campaign. The Chiefs/Maidens travel to Cooper (Abilene, TX) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Monday, March 17. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 9-8. Cooper lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Legacy (Wichita Falls, TX)

The Matadors now sport a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty for a 4A Region 1 District 2 test on Friday, March 14. Estacado will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Pecos (Pecos, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 6-12.
