In Tuesday's league test, the Aledo Bearcats (Aledo, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Chisholm Trail Rangers (Fort Worth, TX), by a count of 12-2.
Next, the Bearcats meet the Fossil Ridge Panthers (Keller, TX) in a 5A Region I District 5 test, on Friday, March 14. Aledo will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 8-2 record after their 10-5 league win over Brewer (Fort Worth, TX).
The Rangers (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Saginaw (Saginaw, TX). The Rough Riders go into the 5A Region I District 5 test with a 2-12 record.
