The Camden Central Lions softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Milan Bulldogs to 1 in the Lions non-league win on Tuesday.
The Lions now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Millington Central for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 13. Camden Central will confront a Trojans team coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to Collierville (Collierville, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Milan moves to 4-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to McNairy Central (Selmer, TN) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 13. The Bobcats come into the battle with a record of 2-0. McNairy Central won 11-8 in their recent non-league battle against Kossuth (Kossuth, MS)
