Texas High School Softball - Roma bounces Martin

The Roma Gladiators softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Martin Tigers to 5 in the Gladiators league win on Tuesday.

The Gladiators now possess a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmview for a 5A Region IV District 30 battle on Friday, March 14. Roma will confront a Lobos team coming off a 7-5 league win over Mission (Mission, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Martin moves to 0-18 on the season. The Tigers host Palmview (La Joya, TX) to confront the Lobos in a 5A Region IV District 30 battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Lobos come into the battle with a record of 6-5.
