The Alamogordo Tigers baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Lovington Wildcats to 4 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Hawks go into the 5A District 3 match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Centennial was overwhelmed by Farmington (Farmington, NM), 19-4, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (0-6) will now prepare for their match against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Clovis edged Moriarty (Moriarty, NM), 12-1, in a non-league match.
