Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host San Joaquin Memorial Panthers (Fresno, CA), 9-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Clovis West upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Centennial (Bakersfield, CA) to battle the Golden Hawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 15. The Golden Hawks come into the test with a record of 7-2. Centennial lost 9-6 in their recent non-league test against Righetti (Santa Maria, CA)
With the defeat, San Joaquin Memorial falls to 6-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Edison (Fresno, CA) to battle the Tigers in a County/Metro test on Tuesday, March 22. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-5.
