California High School Softball - Point Loma Clairemont

The Clairemont Chieftains softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Point Loma Pointers to 1 in the Chieftains non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Clairemont improves its record to 5-7 on the year. The Chieftains travel to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to clash with the Vaqueros in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 16. The Vaqueros come into the game with a record of 6-4. El Capitan won 7-2 in their recent non-league game against Southwest EC (El Centro, CA)

In their next game, the Pointers clash with the Hilltop Lancers (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 17. Point Loma will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
