North Carolina High School Baseball - Hertford County loses to Currituck County

March 12, 2024: Ahoskie, NC 27910

The Hertford County Bears baseball team (Ahoskie, NC), was overwhelmed 24-4 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC)

The Knights now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Atlantic Shores Christian for a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 13. Currituck County will face a Seahawks team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Flint Hill (Oakton, VA). The Seahawks record now stands at 2-0.

Next, the Bears face the Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A outing, on Friday, March 15. Hertford County will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Knights enter the outing with a 4-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Atlantic Shores Christian (Chesapeake, VA).
