Texas High School Baseball - Pewitt loses to De Kalb

The Pewitt Brahmas baseball team (Omaha, TX), 9-6 in Tuesday's league outing with the host De Kalb Bears (De Kalb, TX)

The Bears now hold a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fouke for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 14. De Kalb will confront a Panthers team coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Dierks (Dierks, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.

Next, the Brahmas confront the New Boston Lions (New Boston, TX) in a 3A Region II District 14 outing, on Friday, March 15. Pewitt will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Lions go into the outing with a 6-7 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Haworth (Haworth, OK).
