The Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC), 11-1 in Tuesday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Yellow Jackets play the Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, March 13. Lee County will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 6-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Western Harnett (Lillington, NC).
