Florida High School Baseball - Matanzas defeats Interlachen

Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Matanzas Pirates (Palm Coast, FL) and the host Interlachen Rams (Interlachen, FL), saw Matanzas's baseball squad knock off Interlachen by a count of 14-8.

Coming up next, the Pirates play the Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs (Palm Coast, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 14. Matanzas will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to St. Johns Country Day (Orange Park, FL).

The Rams now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bradford for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 13. Interlachen will play a Tornadoes squad coming off a 12-9 non-league loss to Middleburg (Middleburg, FL). The Tornadoes record now stands at 4-3.
