Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Nash Central Bulldogs (Rocky Mount, NC) and the host Rocky Mount Gryphons (Rocky Mount, NC), saw Nash Central's baseball squad beat Rocky Mount by a margin of 12-2.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the North Lenoir Hawks (LaGrange, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 13. Nash Central will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Hawks enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 20-0 league win over Kinston (Kinston, NC).
