The Plainview Hornets baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting South Cameron Tarpons to 13 in the Hornets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hornets (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Elizabeth (Elizabeth, LA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 8-3 record.
The Tarpons (3-4) will now prepare for their match against LaGrange (Lake Charles, LA). The Gators go into the non-league match with a 4-7 record. In their last match, LaGrange edged Singer (Singer, LA), 10-9, in a non-league match.
