The Alameda Hornets held off the host Castro Valley Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hornets now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop O'Dowd for a test on Thursday, March 14. Alameda will confront a Dragons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA). The Dragons record now stands at 3-1.
The Trojans (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Dragons enter the test with a 3-1 record.
