The San Marcos Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host La Costa Canyon Mavericks to 1 in the Knights league victory on Tuesday.

The Knights now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Dieguito Academy for a non-league game on Wednesday, March 13.

The Mavericks (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA). The Bobcats enter the game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Sage Creek was nudged by Francis Parker (San Diego, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
