The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Mt. Pleasant Cardinals (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA), saw Mt. Pleasant's volleyball squad beat Gilroy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Mt. Pleasant upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Cardinals host El Primero (San Jose, CA) to play the Lobos in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 13. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 1-3. El Primero lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against The Nueva School (San Mateo, CA)

The Mustangs now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Overfelt for a BVAL - West Valley bout on Thursday, March 14. Gilroy will play a Royals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over James Lick (San Jose, CA). The Royals record now stands at 1-0.
