California High School Volleyball - San Leandro over Piedmont

March 12, 2024: San Leandro, CA 94577

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) and the visiting Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA), saw San Leandro's volleyball squad beat Piedmont by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, San Leandro upgrades its record to 11-7 on the year. The Pirates host Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA) to play the Dons in a West Alameda County bout on Thursday, March 14. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Arroyo lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA)

The Highlanders now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Castro Valley for a West Alameda County bout on Friday, March 15. Piedmont will play a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Alameda (Alameda, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-1.
