Delta Saints (Clarksburg, CA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team overwhelm the visiting Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Fire Wolves (Nevada City, CA), 14-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Saints confront the Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA) in a CVCL challenge, on Thursday, March 14. Delta will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to John Adams Academy (Roseville, CA).
The Fire Wolves now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Foresthill for a CVCL challenge on Thursday, March 14. Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning will confront a Wildfires team coming off a 3-0 league win over Encina Prep (Sacramento, CA). The Wildfires record now stands at 5-1.
