The East Columbus Gators soccer team scored 4 points and limited the visiting Pender Patriots to 3 in the Gators league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Gators face the East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A contest, on Tuesday, March 19. East Columbus will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
The Patriots now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hobbton for a non-league contest on Monday, March 18. Pender will face a Wildcats team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Midway (Dunn, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-1.
