The Blair Vikings softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting Monrovia Wildcats to 16 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Blair improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Vikings host La Canada (La Canada, CA) to clash with the Spartans in a game on Tuesday, March 19. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 2-3.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the South Pasadena Tigers (South Pasadena, CA) in a game, on Friday, March 15. Monrovia will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 16-12 non-league loss to Flintridge Sacred Heart (La Canada-Flintridge, CA).
