Chatham Central Bears (Bear Creek, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Graham Red Devils (Graham, NC), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Bears now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lee County for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 13. Chatham Central will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 6-4 league loss to Hoke County (Raeford, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Graham falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Northwood (Pittsboro, NC) to face the Chargers in a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Friday, March 15. The Chargers enter the challenge with a record of 2-4.
