Utah High School Softball - Stansbury bounces Cottonwood

March 12, 2024: Stansbury Park, UT 84074

Stansbury Stallions (Stansbury Park, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cottonwood Colts (Salt Lake City, UT), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Stallions now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jordan for a 4A Region 10 challenge on Wednesday, March 13. Stansbury will battle a Beetdiggers squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Murray (Murray, UT). The Beetdiggers record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Cottonwood falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Kearns (Kearns, UT) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 13. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Kearns won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Alta (Sandy, UT)
