Hancock County Indians (Sneedville, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cumberland Gap Panthers (Cumberland Gap, TN), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cloudland for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 15.

With the loss, Cumberland Gap falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Jellico (Jellico, TN) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 13. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Jellico lost 20-0 in their recent league challenge against Sunbright (Sunbright, TN)
