North Carolina High School Softball - Owen holds off Draughn

The Owen Warhorses the visiting Draughn Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 5-3 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Warhorses (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Draughn (Valdese, NC). The Wildcats go into the Western Highlands 1A/2A battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Draughn by Owen (Black Mountain, NC), 5-3, in a league battle.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Owen for a Western Highlands 1A/2A battle on Thursday, March 14. Draughn will confront a Warhorses squad coming off a 5-3 league win over Draughn (Valdese, NC). The Warhorses record now stands at 4-1.
